What is Timber Rock Village?
Timber Rock Village is a lake access retreat that covers fourteen acres by the shores of Deep Creek Lake. Luxury accommodations combine with the beauty of nature and conveniences that make it easy to unwind. Currently, eleven Deep Creek Lake vacation rentals are complete.
Five more homes, walking trails, a fitness center, a sauna, and an outdoor pool are planned for Phase II. We anticipate the remaining homes and all amenities will be fully available by the end of 2027.
We have nine Deep Creek Lake vacation rental homes that are currently offering incredible getaways. Each one is designed with a unique ambiance, featuring distinct color schemes, hand-picked furnishings, and select amenities. From the local artwork to the custom tile selections, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an exceptional guest experience. We chose everything with care—from the plush mattresses and duvet covers to the silverware and outdoor furnishings—ensuring that comfort and style meet at every turn.

The Reserve at Timber Rock Village is a thoughtfully designed amenity space that brings resort-style living right to the heart of the village.
Centered around a stunning 70’ x 20’ saltwater pool with a gradual depth from 3 to 6 feet, this is where laid-back afternoons and family fun come together. A waterslide adds a playful touch, while the spacious hot tub invites you to unwind after a day at the lake or on the trails.
Surrounding it all, a striking water and fire feature creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a covered pavilion with a fireplace that’s perfect for gathering year-round.
Just steps away, the on-site fitness center offers everything you need to stay active, including Life Fitness equipment, treadmills, a bike, cable unit, and free weights, along with convenient restrooms.
Whether you’re relaxing poolside, recharging in the hot tub, or keeping up your routine, The Reserve is designed to elevate every stay.

Surrounded by a stunning water feature, the community fire pit and patio is a great gathering space for all guests to enjoy. It can also be reserved for private guest get-togethers. Contact us, and we will be happy to arrange this for an additional fee.
