Great Place!
My family and I rented Magnolia for the weekend in January and had a wonderful time! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Information packet was awesome and let us know everything we needed to know and then some! We hope to make a trip back in the summer.

Family reunion
We all had a wonderful time at the Magnolia! Nicely layer out with plenty of room for the 8 of us and our pups. Well equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. Highly recommend.

Magnolia in the fall
We loved our time at Timber Rock. The Magnolia house was perfect. One of our dogs loves to fetch sticks in the water, so the lakeside location was great. We loved the big kitchen with lots of counter space.The beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect place for us to meet our family, enjoy hiking Swallow Falls, and relax. We were even to take a day trip up to Falling Water. Thank you for a perfect experience!

Amazing Lake House!
We loved our stay at Magnolia. The house was beautiful and only a short walk to the lake. We loved having access to kayaks and paddle boards and our own boat slip. The house is stocked with spices and we enjoyed the started wood provided for the fire pit. Our family took full advantage of the hot tub too! The house is perfect for multiple families with plenty of room to spread out. Our only suggestion would be to provide a lounge chair on the deck or a hammock for some great outdoor naps. Thanks again and we hope to be back!

Perfect Family Vacation!
Magnolia was such a beautiful experience. Lots is space many amenities, well stocked kitchen! It was a short beautiful walk to the dock. We rented a boat and went out frequently, we also took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards available through TimberRock. All of my children and grandchildren had a blast! We hope to stay there again next year!

April 2024 visit
We had the pleasure of staying in Magnolia for a girls weekend in April, and I cannot properly express how amazing this home was. Beautiful decor, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and amazing outdoor features! We all felt completely "at home", yet on vacation. The owners/hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, and I can't wait to visit again! Highly recommended!! Thank you for having us:)

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite lakefront vacation rental home, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the serene lake and surrounding mountains. The property is beautifully situated with a magnificent view of the lake and nearby private dock where we spent peaceful mornings watching the sunrise. Amazing Thanksgiving Time
Magnolia is a one of a kind! Beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you’d ever need to not leave the house for your whole stay. The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs, while the adults hung out upstairs. The Primary Suite on the upper level was luxurious! That shower- ah! It was a bonus we could bring our dog. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit after relaxing in the hot tub staring at the stars. We even took a nice family walk around the neighborhood. Wish we would have brought bikes. Our stay here was one we will always remember! Thank you Jodi and Joe

October 3-day weekend
The house was perfect for our extended family's long weekend. We always need 3 bedrooms on the first floor for those who cannot climb stairs, and it was a bonus to have 4 bedrooms on first floor. We liked the house features, cleanliness, and hot tub. A little disappointed that the docks were pulled in and, with the path to the lake as it was very steep and not well graveled, but this is a public path not Timber Rock's. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay
My family and I had the perfect long weekend at Magnolia. The house was immaculate, loaded with plenty of entertainment options (TVs, games, yard for catch, nearby lake), and was well appointed with amenities. The master suite is superb. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Home!!!!
We selected this property because it is dog friendly and because of its proximity to the water. We saw the pictures online and knew that it was nice, but it was even more beautiful in person. This property is set up with so many things to enjoy. We had a blast in the game room (so fun! video games, huge connect 4, TV and more), enjoyed the hot tub, and the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. You can tell that a lot of thought and pride was put into this home. We loved it and would love to return. The owners were so helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to have a great family weekend!

This house was magnificent! The kitchen was large and equipped with everything we needed. I stayed in the primary suite and loved having the space upstairs to wind down away from others. The house is big and accommodated all of the guests without ever feeling crowded. The hot tub fire pit and lake access were perfect additions to our trip! Definitely a house worth staying in.

Magnolia
We have rented several houses over the years from Jodi Refosco, and are always pleased with her attention to detail, interior decorations, and amenities in all of her rental houses. Our families most recent stay in June 2023 was in Magnolia on Skippers Point. The location and the house were wonderful. The home’s capacity accommodated our friends from out of town. I highly recommend Jodi, Magnolia, or any of her houses!
