Each home in Timber Rock Village is thoughtfully designed and outfitted with all of the essentials for a truly carefree vacation. Ferndale promises to be a place where you will want to return year after year. 

The open concept main level features a great room with ample seating surrounding the cozy glow of the electric fireplace. It is a place where you will feel right at home as you unwind while streaming your favorite show. 

Sharing meals together is one of the best ways to make memories when traveling with family and friends. With seating at the dining table and kitchen island, it is easy to gather for good food and lively conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and extras that make meal prep a breeze. You also have easy access to the deck and gas grill for summertime cookouts. 
 
Everyone will appreciate the privacy and comfort of the three en suites. One is on the main level and the others are upstairs. Two of them feature a king-sized bed, and a 42” TV (streaming). The third has a king-sized bed, 42" TV, and a daybed with a trundle.

Swallow Falls State Park is a must for any Deep Creek Lake vacation, and it is only four miles from Ferndale. Explore miles of trails that lead to three stunning waterfalls. This is a great spot to visit with your pet between Labor Day and Memorial Day when leashed dogs are allowed in the park.
