The open concept main level features a great room with ample seating surrounding the cozy glow of the electric fireplace. It is a place where you will feel right at home as you unwind while streaming your favorite show.
Sharing meals together is one of the best ways to make memories when traveling with family and friends. With seating at the dining table and kitchen island, it is easy to gather for good food and lively conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and extras that make meal prep a breeze. You also have easy access to the deck and gas grill for summertime cookouts.

Excellent
It was such a perfect weekend getaway! The house was GORGEOUS! And I'm a clean freak so I am always checking that first and it was immaculate! We absolutely loved all the touches and the welcome gift. It was just so wonderful we didn't want to leave!! Our only additional comment would be we wished check in was a little earlier and check out maybe at 11:00. If you're looking for a long weekend, it would be nice to have an extra hour on both ends. But we were beyond happy with everything. We hope we can make it back again soon!!

Our Fabulous Stay at Timber Rock Village
This was our first vacation in the Deep Creek Lake area and at Timber Rock Village. All I have to say is WOW.....Jodi and Joe Refosco have built beautiful homes to vacation in. Their attention to detail was beyond our expectations. There was nothing we needed or lacked and we were very comfortable the entire time. All of their homes are stunning and constructed with the finest materials. I am very picky about my bed and even their beds were awesome. We will definitely rent homes at Timber Rock again in the near future.

Home run!
Afraid to share the secret, this place is AMAZING! Brand spanking new! Loved our time at “Ferndale!” No amenities missed. From the beautiful decorating, to the super comfy wrapped in cotton bed linens! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids loved this place! Our Son and his pup, Kodak too! Enjoyed our special time playing games, making crafts, roasting marshmallows, watching movies, and just hanging out together encased in the trees! We left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Unfortunately some of our immediate family was not able to make this trip. We definitely will be back with the entire group! Ferndale
Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Ferndale cottage. The amenities were amazing and it was as comfortable as being in our own home. We had a bon fire every night and having use of our own dock was wonderful as we rented a pontoon for 2 days. I highly recommend this cottage or any of the others which look just as wonderful. Joe, Jodi, and Alyssa are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Amazing Stay!
Absolutely peaceful! The scenery of both the house and the dock was amazing. The house was just perfectly laid out, and we did not have to stress over baking dishes, laundry soap, or anything else you may use at your own house. Was absolutely perfect and I highly highly recommend any of their houses.
