Timber rock- Ferndale
The house is just perfection! The owners are very responsive. They even diffuse the most beautiful scent! Our family loves going there. Second trip was still amazing. So clean and well maintained.

Beautiful Vacation Home
My rating for this home is excellent! Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The lake was close by with easy access. The host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The home itself and the village is absolutely cozy and just adorable. We enjoyed Kayaking, sitting around the fire pit in the evenings, relaxing in the hot tub, and had fun cooking together in the amazing kitchen. Even our dog had a great time walking by the lake , listening to nature, and watching the chipmunks. We definitely would love to come back next year!

Great Time
Everything about this place is first class. From the house we rented to the complex grounds and the owners. I didn’t have the pleasure of talking to Jodi in person but I did speak with Joe a couple of times. Great people with a fantastic plan for this place. Also loved the location on a somewhat quieter part of the lake. Very nice dock and nice having a specific slip for our boat. Keep up the great work!!

Excellent Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this home in Deep Creek Lake! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — perfect for our group to relax and spread out comfortably. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra linens and games for downtime. The attention to detail made our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable getaway in Deep Creek!

Timber Rock Rocks
We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Timber Rock multiple times and have always loved the experience. This time, we tried the Ferndale property, and it did not disappoint! The home was the perfect size for two of us and our dog, Buck, offering more than ample space without feeling overwhelming. The cozy atmosphere and high-end finishes were exactly what we’ve come to appreciate from Timber Rock, and Ferndale definitely delivered the same level of quality. Excellent
It was such a perfect weekend getaway! The house was GORGEOUS! And I'm a clean freak so I am always checking that first and it was immaculate! We absolutely loved all the touches and the welcome gift. It was just so wonderful we didn't want to leave!! Our only additional comment would be we wished check in was a little earlier and check out maybe at 11:00. If you're looking for a long weekend, it would be nice to have an extra hour on both ends. But we were beyond happy with everything. We hope we can make it back again soon!!

Our Fabulous Stay at Timber Rock Village
This was our first vacation in the Deep Creek Lake area and at Timber Rock Village. All I have to say is WOW.....Jodi and Joe Refosco have built beautiful homes to vacation in. Their attention to detail was beyond our expectations. There was nothing we needed or lacked and we were very comfortable the entire time. All of their homes are stunning and constructed with the finest materials. I am very picky about my bed and even their beds were awesome. We will definitely rent homes at Timber Rock again in the near future.

Home run!
Afraid to share the secret, this place is AMAZING! Brand spanking new! Loved our time at “Ferndale!” No amenities missed. From the beautiful decorating, to the super comfy wrapped in cotton bed linens! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids loved this place! Our Son and his pup, Kodak too! Enjoyed our special time playing games, making crafts, roasting marshmallows, watching movies, and just hanging out together encased in the trees! We left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Unfortunately some of our immediate family was not able to make this trip. We definitely will be back with the entire group! Thank you Jodi & Alyssa for all your help in planning our stay!

Ferndale
Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Ferndale cottage. The amenities were amazing and it was as comfortable as being in our own home. We had a bon fire every night and having use of our own dock was wonderful as we rented a pontoon for 2 days. I highly recommend this cottage or any of the others which look just as wonderful. Joe, Jodi, and Alyssa are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Amazing Stay!
Absolutely peaceful! The scenery of both the house and the dock was amazing. The house was just perfectly laid out, and we did not have to stress over baking dishes, laundry soap, or anything else you may use at your own house. Was absolutely perfect and I highly highly recommend any of their houses.
