As a Timber Rock Village guest, Evergreen comes with access to resort-level community amenities that no other Deep Creek Lake rental can match: 

• The Reserve: 70'x35' saltwater pool with waterslide, large hot tub, covered pavilion with fireplace, showers, and ADA lift. Open Memorial Day through mid-October (weather permitting). 
• Fitness facility: 24-hour gym with Life Fitness equipment, two treadmills, stationary bike, cable machine, free weights, and a massage room. 
• On-site massage/wellness services through Mother Maiden Crone Bodywork Shop. 
• The Lodge: on-site concierge, multiple fire pits (Solo wood-burning and gas), and seasonal events including wine tastings and children's activities. 
• Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, and an inflatable Reef lounge (reservations required, limited availability). 
• Bocce ball, cornhole, and giant Jenga available for pickup at The Lodge.

• Main level primary suite with hard surface flooring (no rug) and a recliner. The attached bath is a “wet room” with a roll-in shower, handheld shower head, and grab bars. Grab bars are also mounted by the toilet. 

SPACIOUS INTERIOR    

Designed to capture the beauty of the mountains, Evergreen’s color palette reflects the natural surroundings with soothing green tones and warm wood accents. The living area has a large sectional sofa along with comfy chairs so that everyone has a spot to relax and watch TV. The glow of the electric fireplace adds the perfect ambiance for cozy movie nights.  

Outfitted with all of the essentials and more, the kitchen is sure to please the chef in your group. You can easily share meals with seating for eight at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar. 

Everyone will appreciate the peacefulness of their own private quarters. Retire to the main level suite with a king bed as well as a recliner. Designed with accessibility in mind, it's private bath features a completely flush, roll-in shower with no thresholds to navigate. The generous layout provides plenty of room, while the adjustable handheld showerhead, secure grab bars, and beautiful non-slip tile offer peace of mind without sacrificing luxury. There is also a dual sink vanity along with a large soaking tub. 

There is a second main level suite with a king bed and doors that open to the covered deck. Upstairs, you can catch some well-deserved "zzz's" in another suite furnished with a king bed. The fourth suite will delight the kids in your group with its unique, built-in duobunk (single over double).  

Bonus: there's a TV in all four bedrooms! 

Adding to your living space is the upper level game room that has everything you need for a fun night in. Break out the board games, binge your favorite show, or host your own pool tournament. 

COMMUNITY LAKE ACCESS    

When you stay at Timber Rock Village, on-the-water fun is within easy reach. A short walk will take you to the community lake access. Spend time swimming, fishing, or kayaking as you soak up the sunshine. Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available by reservation. 

SHARED BOAT SLIPS 

Boat slips are complimentary and available to guests staying in participating homes on a first-requested, first-confirmed basis. Dock slip requests may be submitted beginning 120 days prior to arrival after your lodging reservation is confirmed. 

AREA ATTRACTIONS    
 
Timber Rock Village’s convenient location makes exploring the area a breeze. Wisp Resort is within a short drive. Their amazing adventures include skiing, golf, snow tubing, escape games, and a mountain coaster. You will also find popular restaurants, attractions, and shops nearby.    
 
A visit to Swallow Falls State Park is the highlight of any Deep Creek Lake vacation. It is a magical place with some of Maryland’s most breathtaking scenery. Beautiful waterfalls, river canyon views, and miles of hiking trails will thrill your crew.  
 
You will find small town charm in abundance when you visit nearby Oakland where the streets are lined with museums, antique shops, and unique eateries.
