Dogs are only permitted at our dog friendly homes for a fee of $100/dog. We allow only up to two dogs. Pets are not permitted in or on premise of non pet friendly homes. If a pet is found at a non pet friendly home, there will be additional charges for deep cleaning, plus any carpet or upholstery cleaning that may be necessary. We will also ask the dog to be removed from the property.
The Lake Access pathway to the lake is to the left of Gathering Place (across the road from the entrance to The Village). It is a pebbled pathway that has a steep slope for a short section that flattens out to a pine needle covered path to the lake. Each home has a designated dock slip.
The docks can go in the water on April 15th but are not guaranteed until mid May (based on weather). All docks will be removed by mid October.
Our goal is to have the pool available for summer 2026.
