Birchwood is currently under construction. It will be a four-bedroom vacation home that brings together mountain charm and modern comfort. This lake access retreat will be a welcoming space for families and friends to relax and reconnect in every season. 

The great room will include a plush furnishings and an electric fireplace to create the perfect cozy vibes. The kitchen will have modern finishes and open space for cooking and entertaining. 

The home will feature 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Every bedroom will be a suite with its own private bath.

Outdoors, guests will find a private hot tub and fire pit surrounded by peaceful woods. The home will also include lake access, allowing guests to enjoy on-the-water-fun. 

Ideally located, you will be close to all that Deep Creek Lake has to offer. Wisp Resort is about ten minutes away, Deep Creek Lake State Park is less than fifteen minutes, and the shops and restaurants of downtown Oakland are within a short drive.
