Dog Friendly Vacation Rentals
Deep Creek Lake is dog friendly! We have a great selection of dog friendly vacation rental homes. Each one allows up to two dogs for an additional fee ($100 per pet). From lakefront to lake access, there are dog friendly homes for almost any size group.
Throughout the area, you will find lots of dog friendly activities and dining options. There is no shortage of fun to be had while you're here.

Boating is a popular activity for dogs and their owners. Local marinas do allow dogs on rental boats with a few rules. Of course, you can also bring your own boat and use your slip at the Timber Rock Village community dock.
Guests and their dogs can use our complimentary paddle boards and kayaks (must be reserved). It's the BEST way to enjoy our famous sunsets!
Garrett County is home to nine state parks−all of which allow leashed dogs. Dogs and their human friends can explore miles of hiking trails surrounded by stunning scenery. Some parks do have seasonal restrictions, so be sure to check them before you head out.
Weather permitting, many Deep Creek Lake area restaurants welcome dogs in their outdoor dining areas. Some even have special menus and treats!
