Timber Rock Village is a peaceful lake access retreat set on fourteen scenic acres along the shores of Deep Creek Lake. Blending luxurious vacation rentals with the serene beauty of nature, it offers a magical escape where you can truly unwind and relax.

Phase I of The Village is complete with nine Deep Creek Lake vacation rental homes. By the end of 2025, our goal is to complete Phase II which includes seven homes, a gym, a sauna, and trails. Plans for summer 2026 include an outdoor pool.
