Amazing amenities. Inside and out, there are lots of ways to keep your crew entertained. You will never hear "I'm bored" when you reserve a Timber Rock Village home. Large screen TVs are perfect for movie nights, and you will find everything from pool tables and arcade games to shuffleboard and board games.

Outside, you will have your own private hot tub as well as a fire pit where you can make s'mores under the stars. Two of our homes even have outdoor saunas!

Of course, the ultimate amenity is having Deep Creek Lake in your own backyard! 

Every home has a boat slip, so bring your own or rent one at a local marina. When you're not swimming or fishing, try out one of our complimentary kayaks or paddle boards.

We are dog friendly! There is no need to worry about boarding your pet. Six of our homes welcome your four-legged friend. The entire family can experience Deep Creek Lake together. You can walk your dog throughout The Village and down the lake, or you can check out the miles of trails at nearby state parks.

All the conveniences of home. Our kitchens are fully-equipped with the essentials and lots of extras. You will have everything you need to make homemade meals for your family. 

No one wants to do laundry on vacation, but sometimes it is necessary. Every home has a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
