Timber Rock Village's goal is to enhance the guest experience providing a one-of-kind resort feel that is unique in the Deep Creek Lake area. Phase 1 is underway with its first four bedroom home, Rockwell already complete. It is located just beyond the gates of The Village and across from The Lodge. The next five vacation homes are under construction. They will be available during summer 2024. Phase 1 will be complete by late summer 2024. Phase 2 includes seven more, lake access homes designed with incredible vacations in mind. 

Each of The Village’s planned Deep Creek Lake vacation rentals blend relaxed luxury with warm hospitality to bring you the ultimate vacation experience. Our new accommodations will be more than traditional homes, they will be individual retreats where every convenience and comfort are at your fingertips. With beautiful natural surroundings as the backdrop, each home will be within a short walk from the community dock and the planned Village amenities (coming soon in 2025/2026) that include a fitness center, trails, and an outdoor pool.
